It is hard to miss near the northern end of Jalan Pratama, with its impressive design of two Balinese-inspired towers. His specialities include ‘Foie Gras in 7 ways’, a ‘Seafood Experience’ and ‘The Chocolate Decadence’ which offers guests seven different ways of eating chocolate. It is also the only restaurant in Bali serving kangaroo meat that is juicy and tender, with the chef’s signature wild kangaroo tenderloin with roasted pear, butternut purée, green beans and mashed potato croquette, Balinese pepper sauce with red berries, rosemary and foie gras.
