A moon and butterfly theme runs through the spa facilities, both in the treatment rooms and the main walking areas where, through the magic of lighting, butterflies actually seem to gently flutter around, creating an extended atmosphere of calm and relaxation.
Because the spa staff recognizes that each guest, face, and body is unique, no two facials or massages are the same. Highly trained therapists customize each treatment to ensure guests receive the most appropriate, beneficial treatment to meet their individual goals.

The 2,800 square metre spa includes 12 treatment rooms, a salon and two beautiful Spa Suites.
The spa requests that guests make an appointment at least one day in advance. To change or cancel an appointment, clients are kindly requested to provide 24-hours notice prior to the appointment. Cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50 percent to the guest room or villa, noted at the time of booking.
For a first visit, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to treatment to allow time to check in, change clothing, and relax in the spa's pre-treatment lounge where guests may sip a spa mocktail or an Indonesian herbal drink. The spa staff also recommends a warm shower and a glass of water before treatments and requests that guests are ready to be greeted by their therapist 5-10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. If a late arrival is unavoidable, please call to notify the spa receptionist when possible. Arriving late will simply limit the time for treatment, as the staff must complete each clients' service by the designated end-time in order to appropriately accommodate the next guest.
