Meditation is the practice by which there is a constant observation
of the mind. It involves setting aside a regular time and
place for the specific purpose of discovering that infinite
well of wisdom which lies within us all.
- YOGA ASANAS
Originally, the asanas served as stable postures for prolonged
meditation. More than just stretching, asanas open the energy
channels, chakras and psychic centers of the body. Asanas
purify and strengthen the body and control and focus the mind.
- YOGA DAY SPA
One-day set program of yoga practices (guided meditation,
pranayama, and asanas) combined with healing massage at The
Spa, or pool and sun bathing. Complimentary wholesome vegetarian
meals are served to enhance the wellness.
- YOGA WEEK
Six days of dusk or dawn Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation &
Yoga Philosophy (2hrs/day)
- YOGA RETREAT
Six days retreat of guided meditation, pranayama & yoga
philosophy, yoga asanas, and relaxation (four hrs/day)
AQUA WELLNESS & AQUA SOUL THERAPY
- DEEP WATER TONING
This flowing-water based workout focuses on muscular toning
and definition through core-stability work,using state-of-the-art
Italian floatation equipment. It is highly beneficial during
pregnancy and postnatal recovery
- AQUA SOUL THERAPY TREATMENT
This unique nurturing water-based therapy is a special way
to give you natural healing energy. Your body will be gently
massaged and moved, like a dance, on the surface and under
the water. Aqua Soul Therapy will clear the mind and conscience
thoughts, invoking one of the most natural forms of meditation.

MARTIAL ARTS:
- TAI CHI
Tai Chi is one of the most broadly applicable system of self
care in the world. Tai Chi is generally practiced as a non-contact,
non-competitive sport for focus, self awareness, health, and
relaxation, combining movement, meditation, and breath regulation.
- CHI KUNG (QIGONG)
Qigong is a combination of two ideas: “Qi” means
air, a breath of life, or vital energy of the body, and “Gong”
means the skill of working with, or cultivating, self-discipline,
and achievement. Qigong is practiced to keep people in harmony
with the universe, in good physical health, and in a state
of peacefulness.
- MARTIAL ARTS – YOGA COMBINATION
This class is an integration of the Yogic, Martial, and Living
Arts into one holistic mind-body-spirit system reuniting the
yogic and martial arts as practiced by monks and sages of
ancient history. The commitment is to the development of character,
discipline, honor, and self mastery.
