The Samaya's forty six private individual villas, which are the heart of this full service resort, twenty four of which command a premier location along the fashionable Seminyak beach, whilst our twenty two Royal Courtyard Villas are set in a tranquil environment, two minutes by golf buggy to our beachside location and both just a short distance from the heart of Legian. All facilities, from both locations are shared including The Spa at Samaya, The Breeze restaurant, gardens and an Olympic size swimming pool all face to the Indian Ocean with 180 degree views along the sandy beaches.
"Renovation at the Samaya will commencing third week of April 2010, were we will start with taking our Royal Pavilions units out of play, and completely refurbish these, as well as we will be changing the roof on the lobby, this will be phase 1 and I expect will take for 5 months. The remainder of the property as with the Royal Courtyard will remain as normal, including Breeze restaurant and Spa which are going to be operated normally during the period.
The focus of the refurbish will be to replace roofs, upgrade bathrooms and living space and increase the size of the private pools, our objective is to bring Samaya up to date with a more luxurious and fashionable product after renovation. We will endeavour to minimize any disturbances to our guests during this period, and keep all work localized as much as possible.
