The Royal Pita Maha was designed as a place for peaceful contemplation
with plenty of water features for swimming and communing with the
environment. A collection of in-house activities showcase Bali's
artistic heritage with interactive classes of dance, music, painting,
cooking, fruit carving and wood carving. An adventure program of
trekking, cycling and rafting caters to those with more active tastes.
Ubud is recognized as the cultural pulse of Bali and guests have
the privilege of experiencing a number of traditional dances. Nightly
performances include classics such as the Legong, Kecak and many
others. Staff will also advise of any local Hindu ceremonies taking
