Jogging

Jogging is popular in Nusa Dua. In the early evenings, you will see a lot of people trotting along the beaches of Nusa Dua, or on the wide sidewalk at the beautifully manicured Bali Tourism Development Centre Complex, or along the footpaths on both the North and South islands on the eastern part of Nusa Dua. All tracks are well-maintained and surrounded by greenery as well as trees to help make your cardiopulmonary exercise comfortable.

Surfing

The reef-coral waves can produce swells of up to four metres. Between the two small islands on the eastern side of Nusa Dua it often gets crowded with surfers. Non-professionals should be aware of the strong undertow and the ample distance from the beach. The best months to surf here are from October to April.

Volleyball

There are two volleyball fields in the area but not on the beach. Locals normally come between four and five in the afternoon and sometimes set up a small competition of up to six in a team.
