    Il Ristorante is the award-winning Italian restaurant of the Bulgari Resort in Ungasan, on the south-ernmost end of the island. The exclusive dinner-only restaurant offers seating for a maximum of 36 guests at a time in an open-plan Balinese ‘bale’ pavilion structure overlooking the resort’s manmade lake, and with vistas reaching out into the Indian Ocean. Il Ristorante maintains a so-phisticated ambiance and caters specifically to a mature clientele and therefore children under the age of five are not allowed in the restaurant.

  • Headed by Italian chef Nicola Russo, Il Ristorante excels in authentic Italian cuisine with a com-prehensive wine list to match its ambitious menu. The restaurant offers set menus as well as the option of dining a la carte, with prices for mains starting at IDR 185,000 (USD 13). The culinary highlights include seafood fagottini pasta and roasted lamb rack served with polenta. Set menus range from a lavish Esperienza Bulgari to Piccola Degustazione, or small degustation menu.
