Dulang specialises in the tradition of the Indonesian Rijsttafel, popularised during the Dutch colonial times. Literally meaning "rice table," this multi-dish menu takes you from jamu, a traditional Indonesian welcome drink, all the way to dessert accompanied by a cup of the famous Kopi Luwak, deemed the most expensive coffee in the world. Main dishes include octopus curry from Sumatra and spicy beef ribs from Manado. The set menu is priced at IDR 650,000 (USD 48) with all dishes served on the restaurant's namesake royal plates. A reduced price of IDR 325,000 (USD 24) is available for children aged between 4 and 12. Dinner at St. Regis’ Indonesian restaurant is a delightful culinary adventure, and highly recommended for a glimpse into the diverse cuisine from across the archipelago.
