Kuta is home to various entertainment venues, bars and pubs that cater to those looking for fun nighttime diversions. The clubbing scene here usually starts late - at most times near midnight and flowing well into the early hours.

Those staying at the Bali Dynasty Resort in Kuta have the greatest convenience of having the Irish Pub, Gracie Kelly's, within close reach. Oceans 27 is beach club and restaurant located on the Discovery Mall Esplanade in Kuta. The venue offers a unique Kuta beach dining experience, with good food, dramatic sunset views, soothing beverages and cocktails and a wide selection of international wines, champagnes, and imported beers. Planet Hollywood Bali
Planet Hollywood Bali brought the movie-star dining concept to Bali, opening its doors to the public in 2001. The family diner is located at the front of the Mal Bali Galeria near the Dewaruci (Simpangsiur) roundabout in Kuta, and invites patrons into its five different sections; an adventure room - boasting an Egyptian-inspired designed, the whirlpool bar - an island bar with a four-metre whirlpool mural splashed across the ceiling, a submarine, a hill area and the sky garden – featuring a diorama of the New York city skyline, a nod to the scene at Central Park. Samudera Bar is a nightlife venue that shares the same beachfront site with its sister dining venue just next door. It is part of the streetside and beachfront outlets of the Grand Istana Rama located on the main road of Jalan Pantai Kuta. The Samudra Bar forms one part of the Samudera Cafe and all-day dining restaurant that offers Western, Asian and local Balinese selections in a tropical ambience.
