Balinese Massage: This traditional Balinese massage technique combines stretching, long strokes, skin rolling, and palm and thumb pressure techniques to relieve tension and encourage harmony of body and soul.

Reflexology Foot Massage: An ancient healing therapy that is as blissful as it is beneficial. Reflexology is a technique of applying gentle pressure on the feet to create a state of deep relaxation while stimulating the body’s own healing process.

Warm Stone Massage: An incredible massage that is enhanced by the use of warm, polished Bali river stones as an extension of your therapists gifted hands. Special focus given to the back and feet.

Four Hand Massage: Experience total bliss for your muscles. Two dedicated therapists massage your muscles in synchronized harmony. Feel relaxed and revitalised with this special treatment not to be missed.

Ayurvedic treatment comes from India and incorporates a variety of techniques from meditation to massage and from diet to herbal medicines. The main massage is known as abyhanga, while a deeper sense of relaxation comes from the shirodhara therapy, during which a thin and constant stream of oil is poured on to the centre of the forehead said to be the third eye.

Shirodhara Treatment: This Indian Ayurvedic oil flow treatment comprises of a thin constant stream of oil focused on the third eye area of the forehead to clear the mind and promote deep relaxation, acting as a gateway to total rejuvenation of the entire body.

Abyhanga Treatment: A traditional Ayurvedic rhythmic oil massage with warm herbal oils. Impurities and toxins are released from the body and circulation is stimulated whilst ensuring a deep calming experience for the body, mind and spirit.

Best of Ayurveda: Combine the best of Ayurveda with an hour of Abyhanga rhythmic oil massage using warm herbal oils followed by 30 minutes of Shirodhara oil flow for deep relaxation of body, mind and spirit.

Each body treatment is designed to smooth and refine your skin. Using a variety of traditional Balinese herbs, spices and woods each treatment lasts for 30 minutes.

Balinese Coffee Scrub: Made from finely ground Bali coffee and volcanic pumice from Bali’s sacred Mount Agung, this scrub will smooth and refine your skin and revitalize your spirit. After exfoliation, your therapist will condition your skin with a carrot body lotion.

Jasmine Javanese Lulur: A traditional Javanese Royal Court beauty ritual, this deliciously aromatic treatment – made from powdered spices and sweet woods – will soften and refine your skin as it gently exfoliates. After removing the Lulur, a fresh yogurt splash is used to nourish your skin.

Balinese Spice Boreh: This traditional Balinese scrub is made from a mix of warming, aromatic spices and herbs. A warming and wonderfully aromatic scrub, it is particularly good for relieving fever, headaches, muscle aches and assisting with jet lag recovery.
