The main pool covers 1200 square meters, flanked by a typical bale on the southern side and the casual Jimbaran Gardens Restaurant and swim-up bar on the opposite side.

In addition to the romantic Balinese Pool there are a number of fun pools. The Spray Pool creates an inviting, cool atmosphere and beautiful rainbows.

The exclusive Club Pool and a pool within Planet Trekkers are reserved for Club InterContinental guests and children respectively.

The resort grounds are large enough to enjoy a ride on our fleet of mountainbikes and tandems or just take the whole family on a ride in a becak. Watersports and tennis are also available.

In addition to a spacious, fully equipped and airconditioned fitness centre, open 24 hours, outdoor activities range from Yoga on the beach to leisurely strolls through the extensive gardens.

Planet Trekkers is a dedicated children's centre that has been developed as a mini resort for our younger visitors. It operates daily as a care facility catering specifically to children of two distinct age groups (4-7 years and 8-12 years) with tailored activities in a fun-filled, supervised environment.

The facility itself encompasses a child-friendly space with an indoor air-conditioned club house as well as an outdoor swimming pool, climbing frame, mini basketball compound, table-hockey, and ample recreational space. Inside children can enjoy turtle workstations for arts and crafts, a cushioned reading corner and a plasma television. A purposely designed Internet cave is also set up with 4 computers to access appropriate age-related websites.

Shop InterConcept offers internet services, and also stocks some necessary drugstore items such as sunscreen, postcards, snacks, limited reading materials and other small knick-knacks and sundry goods that guests may have forgotten to bring from home.

Shop InterConcept is the resort’s very own “concept store” that is stocked with a stylish collection of branded merchandise and giftwares that have been created especially for InterContinental Bali Resort. Certain pieces of merchandise have been inspired by resort facilities such as Planet Trekkers with a range of turtle themed backpacks, pyjamas and other child-friendly goods, while KO Japanese Restaurant features its unique sake jars and napkins. There is also a range of T-shirts, uniformed Teddy Bear collectables and other goods based on the resort’s mission of delivering ‘service from the heart’, that will evoke holiday memories upon returning home.

Fax facilities as well as other services such as photocopying, airline ticket confirmation and courier service are available at all times at the reception desk in the lobby.

Internet Services, typing, printing, scanning and drug store amenities are available at our own Shop InterConcept, located in the Gallery of Resort Boutiques and open from 06.30am - 01.00am.

The resort Medical Centre is open daily from 8.00am until 8.00pm to provide assistance to our in-house guests with a General Practitioner and fully trained nurse.

In addition, a full medical team is available with support from Prima Medika Hospital with an ambulance available on 24-hour call for any health emergencies.

Special metered taxi's run by the local Jimbaran community are on call for the use of all guests to take you to your desired destination. As an alternative, a prestigious fleet of cars are available at the Transport Counter at the front lobby to meet your needs providing safe and quality service including vehicles such as Mercedes Benz, Jaguar, Volvo, Hyundai Trajet and others. Chauffeur-driven cars, limousines, vans and buses, airport shuttle service by air-conditioned van or bus, and transfers to any site on the island are just some of the services offered. Airport Shuttle Service
An airport shuttle service by air-conditioned car or van departs every hour from the hotel to Ngurah Rai International Airport, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm at a cost of USD 4 / person.

Car Rental
Self-driven cars can also be arranged through a reputable dealer. Drivers require a valid International Driving License.
