Ubud offers an easy place to walk around with hotels clustered mostly in the centre and others located on the outskirts at the villages of Campuhan (15min walk from the centre) and Penestanan (10min walk). Some hotels overlook the stunning Ayung River gorge; about 30min drive from the centre of Ubud.
