Grand Ballroom
The grand Ballroom is located in the first floor below the main lobby. It accommodates up to 700 people for receptions and 400 for dinners and can be partitioned into two separate rooms for smaller banquets or meeting rooms. It is also suitable as one large meeting room venue. It encompasses a large pre-function area suitable for exhibitions, coffee breaks or pre-dinner cocktails. Opposite are a further three interconnecting boardrooms ideal for private banquets or breakout rooms.

Sanur, Kuta, and Legian Room
Located next to Ballroom, these three interconnecting rooms are suitable for small functions, breakout rooms, and secretariat or VIP rooms. Each room can be used separately or for additional space these rooms can be converted into one medium sized conference room. The capacity ranges from between 50 people theatre style for the individual room up to 120 people when converted into one facility.

Samudra Room
The Samudra room is located in the third floor in the North Wing. It can accommodate up 600 people for cocktails or receptions or 220 people for dinner. The function room enjoys elegant Balinese décor, adorned by beautiful ornate pillars. The foyer is suitable for a reception area or for coffee breaks. Outside the verandah can also be used for coffee breaks as well as pre dinner cocktails.

Located on the second floor of the North Wing, the Meeting Center consists of an office area, storage room and the following six meeting rooms:

Bali room
The largest room in meeting center, the Bali room can accommodate up to 80 people theatre style. The wooden carved wall converts into a white board. A large wooden boardroom table with comfortable chairs makes this room an excellent venue for executive meetings.

Flores, Sumba and Banda room
These three boardrooms can each accommodate up to 32 people theatre style. Features include a wooden carved wall can be converted into a built in white board. These rooms are suitable for small meetings or breakout rooms, as well as offices.

Lombok and Moyo room
These rooms have natural light and can accommodate up to 40 people theatre style. The wooden carved wall can be converted into a built in white board. These rooms are suitable for small meetings or breakout rooms.

Often the most popular is a western style wedding with some Balinese influences such as the Balinese Wedding procession, it is all up to you.

Following your ceremony you can select from a range of reception options from a private romantic lunch or dinner for two to a larger reception with entertainment selecting from a range of set menus, Buffets or Barbecues.

To complement your wedding we offer a range of rooms and suites to suit the occasion: Ayodya Palace Garden View Room, Ayodya Palace Ocean View Room, Ayodya Suites, Rama Shinta Suites, Bharata Suite, kausalya Suite.

Guests staying in The Ayodya Palace enjoy the facilities of a private lounge with private pool, breakfast, refreshments throughout the day, Afternoon tea and evening Cocktails with Canapes all complimentary.

We recommend you arrive at the Ayodya Resort Bali at least two days before your wedding day, you will meet with our wedding coordinator who can arrange all the final details, however it is best if you choose the style of ceremony before your arrival.
